just came back frm me monday run. didnt run much actually lar, all i did was run frm me hse to east coast, run our 2.4km route, then walk back le lor. no wonder yijun likes to run so much, when u run alone, its so enjoyable lar, here loook look, there look look, fun n relaxing sia. i ran past our part bravo camp pop tht place, memorable man, its oredy near to 3 months le, time flies.
so i walk back home, didnt take the route i took to get to ECP, cos its freaking boring. so i went take some guai4 guai4 route back, walk those deserted road and underpass alone dam scary lar, lucky got all those car zoom here zoom there. when walking back, couldnt resist the temptation bought an apple pie, haiz all effort wasted le, sad life.
oya i tried to do some pull ups at the fitness corner at ECP, sian lar, i deprove like siao, i did 7 onli and im tired le, so i decided to come down cos struggling to do a pull up v uncool, but then when i came down a girl jog past, zzz. dam paiseh leh, the girl must be thinking: eh cannot do pullup then dont do lar, 7 might as well dun do. alot ppl going catch up le, gonna start doing some pull up now and then le. i cannot lose to some people.
nowadays i run hor, keep on have to breathe deeply, like outta breath like this, summore onli run v little, then outta breath liao, somemore everytym will kena stitch. dunno whether isit my pace increase or im just getting weak. should be the 2nd 1 ba, cos whenever i run, i just feel very very slow.
