dam tired.

its not easy to RUN 10km when u just did interval training the day b4 u noe.

im quite happy with my performance 2day, not bcos get 1st, but bcos i didnt gave up despite of the pain.

went to ecp by squeezing into mr tong car. we r like saying hello to everybody we meet, cos the window is open. so everytym we past some1 unknown, we will shout hello out of the window, then turn away, its like super 0.0 after tht met mr yeow at ecp mac then began running. there the wind dam cooling sia, v nice to run.

this few weeks, theres this 'stomach sucker' following me around when ever i run. he seems to catch up with me everytym i ran more than 3km. he apparently like my top left hand corner of my stomach, so everytym i run he will whack me.

i oredy gave up twice bcos of him, thankfully i didnt this time. he came to find me again 2day at about 2.5km, but i managed to shake him off at the 5km mark, there were times when i realli felt like stopping, but i endure through le then, hey he's gone. hopefully he dont come n find me again. ( if u realli thought im refering to a person, u are seriously....)

after run we went eat. then catch stuff toy again. i spent 8 bucks on a not cute yellow monkey, ARGH!!!!!!! dun wan elaborate, later i suddenly chiong to ecp there to try catch toy again, but the process is seriously freaking funny, the ppl there must hav thought we r a bunch of childish kids screaming around.

after tht walk home frm bus stop near the park conncetors, can realli feel the strain. running tht time nvr feel, walking tht tym i was struggling like mad.

oya, to all those tht care, high hopes = more disappointment, so yeah, we should stop tinking bout it le, lets just enjoy our last few training 2gether as a part. i let fate decide it for me. now i shall just try to study hard n catch up during this week.

n surprisingly my L1R5 aint as bad as i tout, its below 20, specifically 18, yay cheers. it may b v v bad to u smart asses out there, but to me its like a 2nd chance. so must BA1 WO4! i will aim for a 2/3 improvement, meaning i trying for L1R5 12 for MYE.

oya pull ups, apparently its been 9 days le, 21 more days to my deadline of 15 pullup. i just need 2 more to go. so 10 days improve by 1 also can, shud b enuf time de :)

i 2nite will stop all training n studying n i shall enjoy to the fullest. shall plae psp, watch some dvd( provided i can stay awake), then shall sleep like a pig later, this 3 months i lacked lots of sleep.
